摘要
小规模工艺试验利用水合固化技术将城镇生化污泥一步加工成型为固体产物的,为城镇生化污泥工业化、规模化处理提供了一种新的投资省、运行费用低、快速高效的处置方法,处理过程不产生二次污染,成型后的产物可做多用途材料,是城镇生化污泥资源化利用途径之一。本文着重从试验机理、原理、工艺流程、成型产物物性等方面,具体介绍技术的可行性、工艺的先进性。
The small-scale tests on the resource utilization of urban biochemical sludge, using technology of hydration and solidification, is a new process which can make urban biochemical sludge to be solid products in one step. It provides another way of which is low-investment, low-running-cost, fast and efficient for industrialization and producing on a large scale of utilization of urban biochemical sludge. This article elaborates on technical feasibility, the advancement of the process specifically on the parts of mechanism and principle of the test,process flow,physical properties of the shaped products and so on. The shaped products can be used as multi-purpose material. The process does not produce secondary pollution and is a way of the resource utilization of urban biochemical sludge.
