无抽搐电痉挛治疗所致嗜睡、脑电图异常与疗效的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究无抽搐电痉挛对脑电图的影响及睡眠过多(包括嗜睡)与疗效的关系。方法对120例住院病人进行无抽搐电痉挛治疗前及治疗12次,观察其睡眠及脑电图异常情况并进行比较。结果脑电图改变者、睡眠增多者,疗效显著优于无改变者(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论无抽搐电痉挛治疗的疗效与脑电图异常、睡眠增多呈正相关系。 Objective To study the relationship of efficacy and effect of modified electric convulsive therapy (MECT)on EEG and hypersomnia (including drowsiness). Methods One hundred and twenty inpatients with schizophrenia were carried out MECT 12 times. Their sleep and EEG abnormalities situation were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of patients whose EEG changes and sleep increase was significantly better than those who had no change (P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of MECT is positively correlated with EEG abnormalities and increased sleep.
