闪光视觉诱发电位技术监测脑炎所致脑水肿的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨fVEP各波潜伏期与颅内压增高的关系,评价其在神经内科疾病颅内压监测的临床应用可行性[1],以此监测高颅压治疗效果,并对颅高压的临床治疗提供指导性意见。方法对42例临床诊断的脑炎高颅压患者用药(甘露醇)前、后(每隔10min)各测一次颅压值,选取60min分析。结果脑炎高颅压患者甘露醇脱水效果佳。结论fVEP可以较准确、安全地判定颅内压值,并在指导颅高压的临床治疗中有重要意义及广泛的应用前景。
