依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将110例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,加依达拉奉30mg+NS100ml静滴,30min内滴完,2次/d,共14d。对照组以安慰剂生理盐水静滴,疗程同依达拉奉组;治疗组及对照组于治疗前及治疗后分别进行神经功能缺损评分及疗效评定。结果治疗14d后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分为(84.3±16.9)分,明显高于对照组的(64.3±20.9)分(P<0.05);治疗组的显效率和有效率分别为34.5%和67.2%,显著高于对照组的10.9%和41.8%(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血后予抗自由基药物依达拉奉治疗可促进脑出血患者的神经功能康复,改善神经功能缺损症状。
