摘要
为解决南京地铁一号线冷水机组原冷却水阀设计不合理带来的一系列弊端,将原来的开断型水阀改造为调节型水阀,并采用压差PID控制水阀开度。该改造方案已应用到11个地下车站的43台冷水机组中,取得了不错的应用效果。
To solve the problems caused by the deficiency in original design in line I of Nanjing underground railway,replaces the cut-off valves with adjustable valves controlled by PID algorithm.Applies the reformation scheme to 43 chiller units in 11 underground railway stations and obtains satisfactory effects.
