合并脑血管意外的前列腺增生患者尿动力学分析

Urodynamic sanalysis of BPH with patients cerebrovascular accident

目的:探讨尿动力学检查对于前列腺增生(BPH)合并脑血管意外患者的诊断及治疗意义。方法:对18例合并脑血管意外的BPH患者进行尿动力学检查。结果:18例脑血管意外患者中,逼尿肌反射亢进4例,逼尿肌无反射5例,逼尿肌活动低下5例,逼尿肌活动正常4例。7例下尿路梗阻患者行TURP术,其中4例排尿症状恢复正常,3例排尿症状无改善。结论:尿动力学检查有助于了解合并脑血管意外的BPH患者的下尿路梗阻的原因。明确治疗方法,并预测预后和判断疗效。

Objective： To explore the urodynamic study for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） patients with cerebrovascular accident combined,as well as clear the significance of diagnosis and therapeutics. Methods ：The urodynamic data of 18 cases of BPH patients with cerebrovascular accident were analyzed. Results： In 18 cases, there were 4 cases of detrusor hyperreflexia, detrusor areflexia 5cases, 5 cases of low detrusor activity, 4cases of normal detrusor activity. TURP surgery were operated in 7 cases with lower urinary tract obstruction, of which 4 cases were normal, 3 cases had no improvement in voiding symptoms. Conclusion：Urodynamic examination could determine the cause of voiding difficulity in BPH patiats complicated cerebrovascular accident, and it is important in the diagnosis and the selection of the treatment for the patient.
