中小企业技术创新障碍分析及战略联盟的构建

Barrier Factors of SMEs' Technological Innovation and Their Strategic Alliance

技术创新是中小企业提高竞争力和实现可持续发展的关键因素。构建技术创新战略联盟,借助外力促发展,是我国中小企业迅速壮大的有效途径。文章从我国中小企业构建技术创新战略联盟的角度出发,分析了中小企业技术创新的障碍,并通过技术创新战略联盟类型的介绍,提出了中小企业构建技术创新战略联盟的原则,提出应通过加强政府的作用、建立合理的联盟治理机制、加强技术创新战略联盟中的学习、创造新的战略联盟文化等对策,以加强中小企业技术创新战略联盟的建设。

Technological innovation is a key factor to boost competitiveness and realize sustainable development for small and medium enterprises （SMEs）. The construction of technological innovation strategic alliance and making use of the external powers are effective ways for SMEs＇ to boost development. From the angle of the construction of strategic alliance, this paper analyzes barrier factors for SME alliances, introduces several alliance construction methods and principles, and puts forth several countermeasures which are reinforcing government＇s role, establishing reasonable governance mechanism, strengthening strategic alliance learning and creating new cultures, which will be meaningful for the construction of technological innovation strategic alliance among SMEs.
