摘要
介绍了国华宁海电厂百万千瓦超超临界塔式直流炉的给水系统构成及其特点,以及该系统中主要设备的控制策略。同时分析了系统中各个受控对象之间的相互影响作用,对给水控制系统的调节过程与存在的问题,从解耦控制和水煤协调的角度提出相应的优化措施,提高了给水系统从低负荷启动,干湿态切换,正常调节以及事故工况下的调节品质,实现了全程给水自动控制,主要参数调节品质优良,安全和经济性得到了可靠保证。
Taking the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical pressure unit of Ninghai power plant as an example, the mechanism and features of water supply control system of tower type one-through boiler were introduced. By analyzing the interaction among the objects under control, optimization solutions were proposed for adjustment process and the existing problems from the viewpoints of decoupling control and balancing fuel/water ratio. Control strategy has been adopted to satisfy the adjustment requirements of operation under lower load,part-load/once-through switching,normal regulation and emergency regime ; It realized full-scale supply automatic and enhanced regulation quality. After optimization, the main parameters of the unit perform reputably in adjusted quality, the security and economy of the unit are guaranteed.
