Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Planning in Central Asia and Its Impacts on Introducing Natural Gas Resources into China

介绍了中亚三国(哈萨克斯坦、土库曼斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦)在东、南、西、北4个方向上的天然气管道建设规划。针对中亚三国天然气资源丰富、出口潜力较大、需要强大的资金和技术投入的情况,从中亚三国可供出口的天然气资源、出口方向的争夺、出口天然气气价这3个方面,论述了对中国引进中亚地区天然气资源所产生的影响。

The natural gas pipeline construction planning of three Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan,and Uzbekistan) in the east,south,west,and north directions respectively were introduced. Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan,and Uzbekistan had abundant natural gas resources and great export potential,and great needs of financial and technical inputs. The impacts of introducing natural gas resources into China on the aspects of natural gas resources for export,contention for export orientation,and export gas price were described.
