以研究生教育迅速发展、创新型国家的建设为背景,分析了当前研究生团学组织的特点和存在的问题,对构建创新型团学组织进行了探讨,提出了一个以"共同价值观、创新型研究生团学干部、资源型研究生政府"为内涵的新的创新型团学组织模式。
