摘要
大学生社团科学发展要坚持"以人为本"理念,学校各级组织部门对社团组织要提供必要的支持和帮助。要处理好三种关系,一是社团发展与学生身心发展的关系,二是社团发展与社团成员之间的关系,三是社团集体利益和社团成员个人利益之间的关系。要培养一批高素质的社团干部,要把思想政治教育贯穿社团各项活动的始终,要把创建品牌化社团作为重要发展目标。
As an important part of cultural construction in universities, the college students＇ associations have experienced some new characteristics in the process of their development. The analysis of their corresponding reasons and trend in development must he guided by the scientific outlook on development and follow the people - oriented principle. To achieve sound and fast development of college students＇ associations, we should explore how to promote their scientific development and we should carry out the people - oriented thought and develop the effective coping strategies.
