形势与政策课具有政治性与政策性、多元性、时效性和前因导向性等教学特点,是任何一门政治理论课所不能替代的。形势与政策课在各高校的实施状况也各有差异,主要表现在教学管理、教师队伍、教学内容、方法、手段、课程安排和考核方式、学生的认识程度等方面。所以,要增强形势与政策课教学有效性,需要建立形势与政策课教育教学的长效机制,有一支专兼结合的优秀教师队伍,树立"以学生为本"的教学理念。不断改进和探索高校形势与政策课的教学模式和教学方法,改善教学手段。
The course of situation and policy is irreplaceable with the characteristics of being political, pluralistic, current and directing. The course is differently carried out in various colleges and universities. Therefore, a long - term mechanism of teaching and an excellent team of professional teachers should be set up to enhance the efficiency of this course. Meanwhile, the teaching idea of " students - oriented" should be formed.
