摘要
老年痴呆病(AD)的两大主要病理特征老年斑外周和神经纤维缠结的结构都是由NFT构成的,NFT的主要成分是过度磷酸化的tau蛋白。钙调神经磷酸酶是目前已知的惟一一个Ca2+/CaM调节的丝/苏氨酸蛋白磷酸酶,是脑内tau蛋白去磷酸化的一个非常重要的磷酸酶。本文主要目的是综述一下目前关于钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)与AD关系的研究现状,并且通过运动对CaN活性的影响来预测运动对AD的预防与治疗的可能影响。
The two major pathological features of Alzheimer's disease (AD) are peripheral senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles which composed of NFT. The main component of NFT is hyperphosphorylation of tau protein. Calcineurin is only one Ca^2+/CaM regulated serine / threonine protein phosphatase,and a very important phosphatase for tau protein phosphorylation.The main purpose of this paper is to summarize the current research on the relationship between calcineurin (CAN) and AD , and to predict the effects of exercise on the prevention and treatment of AD through the influence of exercise on CaN activity.
