糖尿病急性心肌梗死100例不典型症状分析

目的探讨糖尿病急性心肌梗死的临床特点、发病症状及治疗。方法回顾性分析100例糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者首发症状、合并症、治疗及预后。结果100例患者病程均超过2d,以心血管症状就诊21例(21%),消化道症状就诊35例(35%),低血糖样表现7例(7%),其他症状37例(37%),均合并2种以上疾。病死亡40例(40%)。结论糖尿病急性心肌梗死症状不典型,误诊及病死率高,应予以重视。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, symptoms and the treatment of diabetic acute myocardial infarction. Methods The initial symptoms, complications, treatment and prognosis of 1130 patients suffering from diabetic acute myocardial infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all patients, digeases lasted for over two days. The initial symptoms were cardiovascular diseases in 21 cases （21%）, digestive diseases in 35 cases （35%）, hypoglycemia-like manifestation in 7 cases （7%） and others in 37 cases （37%）.All patients had more than two comphcations. The dead were 40 cases （40%）.Conclusion The symptoms of diabetic acute myocardial infarction are untypical. The frequency of misdiagnosis and mortality is high. We should pay attention to.
