摘要
在喷丸生产实践和大量试验的基础上，对零件表面覆盖率的影响因素、全覆盖时间的确定及检测方法、喷丸表面粗糙度特征及其评定、饱和曲线使用、强度验证等方面的工艺问题进行了研究。
On the basis of shot_peening production and a number of tests, some technological problems about influence factor of surface coverage rate, the determination and inspecting method of full covering time, features and evaluation of shot surface roughness, use of saturation curve and ALMEN strength verification are studied
