摘要
以小麦秸秆为纤维素原料,先利用稀硫酸对其进行预处理,再利用纤维素酶水解酸处理后得到的麦草滤渣。考察了处理温度、酶用量、处理时间、pH值、微量元素对生糖量的影响,优化了酶水解条件。结果表明,在处理温度50℃、pH值4.8、酶用量10 I U.mL-1、处理时间45 min的最佳酶水解条件下,生糖量为1.5395 mg.mL-1。加入Mg2+0.3 g.L-1、Zn2+1.5 g.L-1、Cu2+1.0 g.L-1,可使麦草滤渣水解生糖量进一步提高到1.7500 mg.mL-1。
The experiments of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose of wheat straw were carried out. The influences of treatment temperature, enzyme dosage, treatment time, pH value and trace elements content were investigated. The optimum enzymatic hydrolysis conditions of wheat cellulose were determined as follows: treatment temperature 50℃, pH value 4. 8, enzyme dosage 10 IU · mL^-1 , treatment time 45 min. Under the optimum conditions, the sugar yield reached 1.5395 mg· mL^-1. Adding0.3 g·L^-1 Mg^2+, 1.5 g·L^-1 Zn^2+ and 1.0 g ·L^-1 Cu^2+ into the reaction, the sugar yield increased to 1. 7500 mg · mL^-1.
