摘要
针对某斑岩型铜矿伴生金属回收率较低的现状,在不改变现有工艺流程和设备的基础上,开展捕收剂试验研究。试验研究结果表明采用AT-680与丁铵黑药组合捕收剂替代丁基黄药,可以显著提高伴生金的回收率,并不同程度提高钼和银的回收率,小型试验研究结果得到了工业试验验证。伴生金属回收率的提高,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。
In view of the low recovery rate of associated metals of some porphyry copper, experimental study of collectors was carried out without changing the existing process and equipment. Experimental results showed that when the butyl xanthate was replaced with the AT-680 and ammonium butyl aerofloat, it is obviously improved that the recovery rate of associated gold, the recovery rate of associated molybdenum and argentine. The experimental results was applied to industrial experiment.It gained a good economic benefits for the enterprise by improving the recovery rate of associated metals.
