碱渣、废混凝土改性淤泥质土作为路基填土的可行性研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过对航道工程产生的非适用淤泥质土进行改性,研究其作为公路路基填土的可行性,得到了航道工程淤泥质土的改性配方为72%淤泥土、4%水泥、4%碱渣和20%废混凝土。通过无侧限抗压强度试验、CBR试验、扫描电镜试验与重金属浸出试验对其用于路基填筑的方案及其经济可行性进行了研究。试验结果表明:使用同比例的碱渣和废砼改性的淤泥质土的7d无侧限抗压强度相比于使用石灰集料改性增加了2%;相比于原状土,改性土的CBR值提高了437%,膨胀量值降低了94%;相对于固化淤泥质土所用的原材料,改性土中cd、zn、Ni、cu和Pb等重金属的浸出量减少了15.2%-68.5%;碱渣、废砼改性淤泥质土的成本相比于石灰、集料改性淤泥土和素土分别降低了63.88%和50.72%。 Based on the modification study of the mucky soil produced in waterway engineering, a feasibility study on using the mucky soil as embankment filled soil was made and the optimal formulation ,conclusions drawn and modification effect was studied. In the modification study, alkali slug and waste concrete was used as materials. According to the results of the unconfined compression test it is discov- ered that the compression strength of the silt soil modified with alkali slug and waste concrete rose 2% compared to that with lime and aggregate with the same composition , the value of CBR increased by 437% , and the expansion rate decreased by 94% at least. The leaching concentration of heavy metals decreased by 15.2% -68.5% compared to raw materials. Compared with useable soil and the silt soil modified with lime and aggregate, the cost of the silt soil modified with alkali slug and waste concrete was cut by 63.88% and 50.72%.
