摘要
本文系统梳理了管理层薪酬与公司绩效研究经典文献及最新研究成果,先对管理层薪酬与公司绩效理论基础研究进行了整理和简述,再对管理层薪酬与公司绩效实证研究按照先国外经典文献后国内最新研究成果的分析框架进行了较为全面的回顾和综述。总的来说,国外研究已趋于成熟,而国内研究结论分歧较大。本文最后在对国内外研究综合简评的基础上对国内此领域的研究从理论基础、研究设计、研究内容和研究结论等几方面存在的问题进行了分类述评。
This paper summarizes the classical literature and the latest research results of the studies on management compensation and corporate performance. First, the authors give a brief description of theoretieal basis of the management compensation and corporate performance, and then review them with the empirical studies of foreign classics coming first and the latest domestic research results second. Overall, overseas research has become mature, while findings of the domestic studies are arguable. Finally, the au- thors comment on the domestic research in this field from the perspectives of the theoretical basis, research design, research contents and conclusions.
