摘要
系统介绍了一种可用于微小表面缺陷检测的新技术激光超声技术,就其检测原理、激光超声的生成和探测、理论建模、应用前景等作了全面的回顾与展望。激光超声技术的开发和应用,将在机械工程、表面物理等领域产生深远的影响。
Systematically presents a novel technology which can be used to detect the surface micro defaults—Laser ultrasound technology. A general review and prospect is given to the testing principle, generation and detection of laser ultrasound, theoretic modelling and applications. The development and application of the laser ultrasound technology will make a profound effect in mechanical engineering and surface physics.
