开放型 CNC 系统模块化设计的研究

Research on the Designing of the Open CNC Modular

本文基于模块化设计思想，建立计算机数控（ＣＮＣ：ＣｏｍｐｕｔｅｒＮｕｍｅｒｃａｌＣｏｎｔｒｏｌ）系统软、硬件的标准化模块研制模式及原型系统。借助于计算机众多的最新成果，探讨以通用模块方式柔性组合为开放型ＣＮＣ系统的实现方法，以寻求解决计算机集成制造系统（ＣＩＭＳ：ＣｏｍｐｕｔｅｒＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＭａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇＳｙｓｔｅｍ）中的一项关键技术的途径。

Based on the modular design method,this paper establishes the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system's standard software and hardware modular research mode and a prototype system. Many advanced computer technologies are used to discuss the work method by which standard modulars can be flexibly combined into an open CNC system,in order to search the way through which a key technology of the Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) can be found.
