摘要
对回转窑机械运行状态监测系统的设计过程、硬件结构、软件功能、抗干扰措施及监测结果进行了分析。运行结果表明:监测系统的应用有利于回转窑各支承点载荷分布的调整,可使设备工作在最佳状态,减少故障,延长寿命,降低能源消耗。
The design process of a mechanical state supervision sys-tem in a rotary kiln and it's struture, software and method to avoiddisturbance are described. It is proofed that the use of it makes thegood property to every support and best working states to reduceevents, use less energy and working for long time.
