剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难的原因分析及处理

Analyze and treatment the causes of fetal dead delivery difficult in the cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难的原因及处理。方法回顾性分析86例新式剖宫产胎头娩出闲难者的临床资料。结果剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难是多因素造成的，以胎头深嵌为主要原因，占37．21％，其次为胎头高浮、麻醉效果不佳等。术中根据不同原因采取不同的措施，新生儿均安全娩出，其中2例重度窒息新生儿经治疗后均痊愈出院。结论术前应充分估计胎头娩出的难易程度，熟练掌握剖宫产手术技巧，术中根据不同原因采取不同的防治措施，加强术者与助手的配合，降低母婴并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate and treatment the causes of fetal head delivery in the cesarean section. Methods 86 cases clinical data of fetal head delivery difficult in new cesarean section were retrospective analysis. Results The reasons of fetal head delivery difficult in cesarean section were multi-factor, the main reason was the fetal head embedded deep, account for 37.21%, followed by floating head high, the narcotic effect was poor, and so on. Conclusions The degree of the difficult and easy of fetal head deliveryshould be fully estimated before operation, master the skills of cesarean section operation, adopting different measures bases on different reasons in intraoperative, strengthen the cooperate of the operation and the aide, reduce the incidence of maternal and newborn complications.
