摘要
结合产业组织理论,从当前河南国有煤炭企业战略重组的现象出发,对国有煤炭企业重组引发煤炭产业结构调整和优化产业升级问题进行了分析,为维护和保障河南煤炭产业安全提出了对策建议。
Combing of industrial organization theory and discussing from strategic reorganization of the phenom- enon of state - owned coal enterprises in Henan. This paper analysis the proceeding triggered reorganization of state- owned coal enteprises, coal industry structure adjustment and optimization of industrial upgrading. Then some measures to protect the safety of the coal industry in Henan have been given.
