摘要 介绍了一种新研制的水幕抑爆系统,并对其抑爆效果进行了实验验证。实验研究表明,水幕抑爆系统在一定条件下,能够有效地抑制井下瓦斯爆炸过程。水幕抑爆系统在喷嘴主要参数、安装方式、水幕间距确定情况下,抑爆效果主要与各装置安装位置、喷雾压力、喷雾强度和水幕带长度有关。水幕抑爆系统的研制,为有效抑制井下瓦斯爆炸提供了一种新型的方法,特别是对煤矿发生的二次爆炸或多次爆炸具有更好的抑制效果,而且可以降低由于爆炸反应升高的环境温度,保护水幕设施后的人员和设备,防止温度过高引起的二次爆炸。 A newly developed water curtain system of explosion suppression was introduced, and the explosion suppression effects were verified by tests. Experimental studies have shown that water curtain system of explo- sion suppression in certain conditions, can effectively inhibit the undergTound gas explosion. In the ease of the parameters of the nozzle, the installation and the distance of two spray rings being determined, the main effect of explosion suppression devices depend on the installation location, spray pressure, spray intensity and length of the water curtain. Water curtain system of explosion suppression for effective inhibition of underground gas explosion provided a new type of method. Especially for the secondary explosion of coal mine, the suppression effect was better. The water curtain system of explosion suppression can reduce the elevated ambient tempera- ture as a result of the explosion, protect facilities and people behind the curtain system, and prevent the sec- ond explosion caused by excessive temperature.
