摘要
针对目前工业循环水加药控制系统的实际工作情况进行分析,研究了如何使用西门子S7-300PLC进行更可靠的有效下位机设计,从而将会使工业循环水加药控制系统更加功能完善、操作简便、性能稳定、可视化界面强,将提高系统的自动控制水平、安全可靠程度、以及各个控制参数的准确度。
This artiele adds the medicine control system' s practical work situation in view of the industry circu- lating water to carry on the analysis, introduced how to use Simens S7 - 300PLC to carry on reliably effectively the lower position machine design, will thus make the industry circulating water to add the medicine control system even more function to consummate, the operation to be simple, the stable property, visualization con- tact surface, will enhance system' s automatie control horizontal, the safe reliability level, as well as each con- trolled variable accuracy.
