民办高校产权调整的新制度经济学分析--基于广东省X学院的个案研究

Analysis on the New Institutional Economics of the Adjustment of Property Right in China's Private Colleges and Universities: Based on the Case Study of the X College in Guangdong

本文基于新制度经济学的视角,结合民办高校产权被动调整型的个案研究,剖析了现阶段民办高校产权调整的必要性与紧迫性,论证了在民办高校这类"特殊的企业"中,举办者单独享有学校控制权实际上是一种低效率的制度安排。

With the combination of the case study of passive adjustment of private colleges property right and from the perspective of new institutional economics, this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the adjustment of private colleges and universities and proves that it is factually a low efficient institutional arrangement for only school-runners having control rights in this private colleges and universities, a ＂special enterprise＂.
