试论WTO框架下我国应对国外反补贴调查的对策选择

Solutions to Anti-allowance Survey in WTO

近年来,美、加等国家为了缩小对我国的贸易逆差,在频频对我国采取反倾销措施的同时,又试图通过另一救济措施——反补贴来限制我国的出口。因此,分析WTO《补贴与反补贴措施协定》的有关规定与我国应如何应对当前所面临的反补贴形势十分必要,对于合理规避和减少国外反补贴调查、制定与之相一致的发展国内产业政策和扶持措施具有重要意义。

In recent years, Us, Canada, and other countries carry out anti-dumping policy, in order to shorten trade deficit, meanwhile they try another way anti allowance to limit China＇s export. It is necessary to analyze ＂allowance and Anti-allowance Agreement＂ in WTO to face the challenge we are facing now. It will be helpful to avoid anti-allowance survey and developing corresponding policies.
