摘要
部分中小学教师对新课改所提出的新要求不能适应,最突出的表现在观念的转换、角色的转变以及知识、能力与操作上。究其原因是教师不能将传统课程与新课程进行很好的衔接和受制于"应试教育",并且社会各界对新课程也存在许多误解。
Many teachers in the elementary and secondary school fail to adapt themselves to the new requirements posed by new curriculum reform, which are mainly manifested in the transferring of new concepts, role transformation, and manipulation of knowledge and ability.The fundamental reasons for it is that the teachers can' t make a good combination of traditional curriculum and new curriculum, restricted in the "exam-oriented education". What's more,the society can' t really comprehend the new curriculum.
