用于直接甲醇燃料电极的阳极催化剂研究

摘要 为了提高直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化活性,本文研究了三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰铂电极在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为及对甲醇的电催化氧化作用,并利用一氧化碳吸附实验评价了三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰铂电极的抗一氧化碳毒化性能。结果表明,三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰铂电极均能够提高铂电极的催化活性,其中PMnMo11修饰铂电极对甲醇的催化活性最高,同时铂电极经三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰后抗一氧化碳毒化能力增强。 In order to improve the electrocatalytic activity of the anode in the Direct Methanol Feul Cell, three kinds of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdie acid modifed platinum electrodes were prepared, and the electrochemical behavior in the sulphuric acid solution of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdic acid modified platinum electrodes and their eleetrocatalytic effects of methanol oxidation were studyed. The antl-poison effect to carbon monoxide of the prepared electrodes were studied by the carbon monoxide adsorbing.The results show that the three kinds of heteropolyacid modified platinum electrodes have the higher electrocatalytic activity to methanol oxidation, PMnMoH modified platinum electrode has the highest electrocatalytic activity. Meanwhile the anti-poison effect to carbon monoxide of platinum electrode can been improved by modification of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdic acid.
