摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中S100A4和nm23-H1的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测115例乳腺癌组织中S100A4、nm23-H1、C-erbB-2、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)的表达情况,分析其表达与临床病理指标之间的关系。结果S100A4的表达与组织学分级之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。nm23-H1的表达与淋巴结状况、肿瘤大小、组织学分级和TNM分期之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。S100A4与nm23-H1的比值与淋巴结状况和TNM分期之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中S100A4与nm23H1的联合表达与肿瘤的进展密切相关,是判断乳腺癌侵袭、预测转移趋势的有价值的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of S100A4 and nm23-H1 in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of S100A4 and nm23-H1 were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method. The correlation between the expression and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The expression of S100A4 and prognosis of breast cancer had the statistical significance( P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the expression of nm23-H1 and the lymph node status and prognosis of breast cancer ( P 〉 0. 05). There was significant difference between the ratio of S100A4/nm23-H1 and TNM, and between lymph node status and patients' prognosis( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of SIOOA4 and the ratio of S100A4/nm23-H1 is closely related with tumor progression in breast cancer, which are valuable markers to predict the invasion and metastasis trend of breast cancer.
