摘要
目的探讨烯醇化酶α(enolase-α)在人鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及其与NPC发生发展的关系。方法采用组织微阵列技术结合免疫组化法检测18例正常鼻咽黏膜组织、24例癌旁鼻咽上皮组织和90例NPC组织标本中enolase-α的表达,并分析其与临床参数的关系。结果enolase-α在正常鼻咽黏膜上皮、癌旁鼻咽上皮和NPC组织中的表达分别为94.4%、91.7%和52.2%,NPC组织表达enolase-α低于正常鼻咽黏膜上皮和癌旁鼻咽上皮(P<0.01)。enolase-α在NPC组织细胞核的表达水平低于正常鼻咽黏膜上皮和癌旁鼻咽上皮组织(P<0.01)。NPC患者中enolase-α表达与患者性别、组织学分类、淋巴结转移及临床TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。结论enolase-α蛋白表达下调与NPC的发生可能相关。
Objective To observe the expression of enolase-α in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to evaluate the relationship between enolase-α and tumorigenesis and progress. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to detect enolase-α expression in 18 normal epithelium of nasopharyngeal, 24 adjacent nasopharyngeal epithelium and 90 NPC tissues. To analyze the relationship between expression of enolase-α and clinic data. Results The norreal positive expression of enolase-α in normal epithelium of nasopharyngeal, adjacent nasopharyngeal epithelium and NPC tissues were 94.4% , 91.7% and 52.2% , respectively. Expression of enolase-α protein detected in nuclei in NPC tissues was lower than that of in normal epithelium of nasopharyngeal and adjacent normal nasopharyngeal epithelium (P 〈 0.01 ). In NPC cases, the expression of enolase-α was not correlated with gender, histology type, lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Down-regulation of enolase-α might be correlated with tumorigenesis of NPC.
