电焊工慢性咽炎危险因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨电焊工慢性咽炎的危险因素,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法,选择282例电焊工慢性咽炎病例,按照1:1比例匹配性别相同、年龄相当的对照者,使用多因素条件Logistic回归模型分析电焊工慢性咽炎的危险因素。结果工龄是慢性咽炎的危险因素,其OR(95%CI)为2.557(1.405~4.651);户籍性质E0.455(0.225~0.921)]、个人防护用品[0.534(0.296~0.964)]、定期更换个人防护用品[0.084(0.027~0.266)]、正确佩戴使用所有个人防护用品E0.160(0.073~0.353)]、在岗期间进行健康检查[0.443(0.196~0.894)]是慢性咽炎的保护因素。结论对电焊工配备、定期更换、正确佩戴使用所有个人防护用品,在岗期间定期进行健康检查有益于电焊工慢性咽炎的防治。 Objective To explore the risk factors of chronic pharyngitis (CP) in welders so as to provide basis for formulating strategy of cure. Methods A 1 : 1 case-control study method was adopted, 282 cases with CP were enrolled and matched with the same gender and age. Multivariate conditional logistic regression was adopted for analysis. Results The length of ser vice was a risk factor of the disease, with the OR(95% CI) [2. 557(1. 405-4. 651)]; the character of registered permanent resi dence E0. 45,5(0. 22,5-0. 921)], personal protective articles (PPA) [0. 534(0. 296-0. 964)], replacing PPA regularly E0. 084 (0. 027-- 0. 266)], dressing all PPA properly [0. 160(0. 073--0. 353)1, and medical examination when on the job E0. 443(0. 196- 0. 894)] were protective factors of CP. Conclusion To welders, all the personal protective articles should be provided, changed regularly, worn correctly. Periodic health examination is beneficial to the prevention of the disease
