摘要
目的了解在校学习护理学专业学生评判性思维倾向,为制定高等护理教学策略提供依据。方法对在校学习护理学专业本科和专科830名学生运用评判性思维倾向测量表(CTDI-CV)进行问卷调查。结果护理学专业学生评判性思维倾向得分为(241.30±23.75)分,评判性思维倾向得分总体水平中等;不同学历、年级评判性思维倾向得分差异具有统计学意义(t=2.01,F=18.85,P<0.05),文理科学生评判性思维倾向得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.82,P>0.05)。结论在高等护理教学中应加强培养护生的评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the critical thinking disposition of nursing students in orde to provide information for setting up nursing education strategies. Methods California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) was used to survey 830 nursing students receiving specialty education or undergraduate education. Results The total CCTDI score of nursing students was 241.30±23.75, which was at medium level in general. The differences of CCTDI score between different academic backgrounds and grades were significant (t= 2.01 ,F= 18.85, P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between students of liberal arts and science (t=0.82,P〉0.05). Conclusion Emphasis of critical thinking is recommended in higher-learning nursing education.
