摘要 目的探讨口腔金属固定假牙对颅脑磁振成像(MRI)的影响。方法对3种以前口腔常用的金属假牙材料做MRI测试,磁共振仪磁场强度为1.5T,使用FSE序列T1加权像。结果锻造硬质无缝冠假牙在MRI检查时形成重度伪影;铸造镍铬合金假牙形成中度伪影;铸造铜合金假牙形成轻度伪影。结论不同金属材料的假牙对MRI的影响不同,口腔金属材料产生的伪影与材料类型密切相关。 Objective To investigate the effect of metal fixed false teeth in oral cavity on head MRI. Methods Three kinds of commonly used metal materials of false teeth in oral cavity were detected through MR Images. The magnetic field intensity was 1.5 T, and FSE sequence T1 weighted imaging was used. Results According to the results of MRI, false teeth with hard and slitless dental crown produced severe artifacts, false nichrome teeth produced moderate artifacts, and false copper alloy teeth produced mild artifacts. Conclusion False teeth made from different metal materials will have different effect on the MR images. In oral cavity, the artifacts produced by the metal materials are closely related to the type of the material.
