Developmental Model of Kunming Metropolis under the Restraint of Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity

摘要 城市发展规模与水平、模式离不开城市区域资源环境本底条件,城市资源环境承载力评价是城市规划必需的基础研究.建构了城市发展的资源环境承载力评价技术路线、指标体系及方法,研究发现:昆明都市区发展受到可利用土地资源的约束最为严重,其次是洁净水资源量和水环境容量的硬性约束.并提出昆明都市区应走产业高级化和轻型化、城市扩展的外延性网络化与内涵生态化发展模式.该模式为昆明城市的发展与规划提供了参考. The development scale, level and model of an urban area relies on its resources and environment. Hence, study on urban resources and environment carring capacity is necessary for urban development and planning. Constructed the resources and environment carrying capacity appraisal technology route, index system and its measuring method for metropolis appraised the single factor's carrying capacity's, judged the bottle-neck factors for urban development, analyzed their responses in urban master planning. The results were (1) the usable land resources is the first bottleneck factor, the uncontaminated water resource and the water environmental capacity in Dianchi Basin are the second bottleneck factor which will restraint the Kunming metropolis development; (2) Kunming urban industries should upgrade and clean ; cyclic, the urban expands by city ; town net system and ecological model. It can offer good reference for the urban development and planning of Kunming metropolis.
