规划环境影响评价在我国刚刚起步,还存在许多不完善的地方,文中将循环经济分析引入大型煤炭矿区规划环境影响评价,阐述了循环经济分析的意义,从矿区产业共生系统、循环经济发展的总体思路、产业链系统以及循环经济发展措施四个方面进行分析,并结合实例具体介绍了循环经济分析的内容和方法,旨在为矿区规划提出合理建议,促进矿区可持续发展。

Planning environmental impact assessment in China has just begun,there are still many imperfections.this research adds recycle economy analysis into planning environmental impact assessment,illustrates the significance of recycle economy analysis,and discusses the recycle economy analysis from four aspects： mining industry symbiotic system,the general idea of recycle economy development,system of industry chains and measures for the development of circular economy,as well as combined with specific example introduces the recycle economic cycle analysis,the purpose is to put forward reasonable proposals mine planning,and promote sustainable development in mining areas.
