丙酮/己烷/水非均相混合溶剂浸出棉籽油及脱除棉酚工艺条件的研究 被引量:8

摘要 用丙酮/己烷/水非均相混合溶剂浸出冷榨棉饼提油和脱酚的最佳工艺条件是:调节生坯的水分使冷榨棉饼含水13%左右,丙酮/己烷/水非均相混合溶剂配比为:50/50/6(V/V/V),浸出温度47℃,溶剂/饼=5∶1(ml/g),浸出时间150min。在此条件下可使棉籽粕中残留的游离棉酚<0.045%,总棉酚<0.61%,残油率<1.0%。 Extracting oil and gossypol with acetone hexane water nonhomogeneous phase mixture from cake obtained by cool repressing cottonseed flakes is studied in this paper.The optimum technological conditions are as follows:adjust the moisture of the flakes to ensure that the water content of the cool pressed cake is 13% or so,the ratio of the solvent mixture is 50/50/6(A/H/W,V/V/V);extraction temperature is 47℃,extraction time is 150 min.Under the above conditions,the residual free gossypol content,total gossypol content and the residue oil of the meals are lower than 0 045%,0 61%,1 0%respectively.
