水冬瓜籽中天然抗氧化剂研究

Studies on the Antioxidiant in Idesia Polycarpa Maxim Seed

用石油醚萃取水冬瓜籽可得到约１９．２３％的毛油，萃取油之后的残渣再用８０％乙醇抽提可得２１．７７％的具较强抗氧化作用的粗提物Ａ。采用溶剂分级，醋酸铅（中性和碱性）沉淀两种方法对Ａ进行精制。用烘箱贮存法测定了各种组分对猪油和豆油的抗氧活性。用化学试剂显色法初步鉴定水冬瓜籽中的抗氧有效成分为酚酸类化合物。

It was confirmed that Idesia Polycarpa Maxim seeds contain about 19.2% crude oil by extracting method with petroleum ether.After extracting the oil,the residue was continually extracted by 80% ethanal and from it about 21.77% crude extract(A) having stong antioxidative acitivity was obtained.(A) was refined by following methods:(1)Fractionation by different solvents;(2)Precipitation with neutral and basic lead acetate.The antiactivity of every fraction in lard or soybean oil was measured by the Oven-storage Method.It was suggested that the effective antioxidative components in I.P.M seeds are acidic phenolic compounds according to their colour-teste.
