摘要 测定了澳洲青苹苹果籽的物理特性及组分,用SFE-CO2提取其油脂,并测定了油脂的理化指标。结果表明:澳洲青苹苹果籽中富含粗蛋白和粗脂肪;在SFE-CO2最优提取条件下,苹果籽油得率为20.82%;苹果籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸含量为50.70%。 The physical properties and component of Granny Smith apple seeds were detected. The seed oil was extracted by SFE - CO2 and physicochemical indexes of the oil was detected. The result indicated that the apple seed was rich in crude protein and crude fatty, and the obtaining rates was 20.82% under the optimal conditions of extracting oil by SFE - CO2. Furthermore, the oil of apple seed was rich in unsaturated fatty acids, in which the content of linoleic acid was 50.70%.
