The study about a flow meter with online filling function of jet fuel additive

由于热安定性添加剂对喷气燃料过滤分离器水分聚结的能力的破坏作用,只能在飞机加油环节设备的过滤器下方在线加入喷气燃料。开发了一种集成添加剂加注功能的流量计,将加注泵通过刮板流量计取力带动,实现计量与热安定性添加剂比例在线加注。经样机试验表明,添加剂加注流量计各项性能均能满足技术指标的要求,可用于飞机加注设备上,实现安全、准确、高效加注热安定性添加剂喷气燃料的目的。

As the damage of thermal stability additives to coalescence ability of water for jet fuel filter, jet fuel can only be added online by fdter bottom of aircraft refueling equipment. A flow meter with additive online filling function has developed. It achieves the online filling of metering and thermal stability additives in accordance with a certain proportion through the scraper flow meter driving filling pump. The prototype tests showed that the additive filling flow meter can meet the technical specifications. It can be used for aircraft filling equipment to achieve safe, accurate and efficient filling for thermal stability additive jet fuel.
