摘要
针对近2年来机车车辆用电工产品标准制订中存在的具有普遍性的问题,对额定值与标称值、工作性能与机械寿命和电寿命、试验的先后次序和相关验证、恒定湿热与交变湿热以及高温试验的选择等按GB/T21413.1和GB/T 21413.2以及相关国标的规定进行了阐述,目的是贯彻国家标准,提高产品标准制订的水平。
According to GB/T21413.1 and GB/T 21413.2 and the relevant national standards, this paper introduced the universal problems existing in drafting standards for rolling stock electric products during the past two years, the selection of rating value, and nominal ralue, working performance and mechanical life or electric life, test sequence and related verify, constant humid-heat and alternating humid- heat, high-temperature test, the purpose of which is to implement national standards and improve the product drafting standard levels.
