Soybean milk a Chinese traditional and popular drink has been fortified with cocoa powder,which is of more nutrients.Through multiple emulsifiers and disperses were added,no sedimentation of cocoa powder occurred in the soybean milk.Therefore the homogenized drink with good flavor has earned favorable comments of most assessors.
