摘要 文章通过对校本教师教学能力要素的分析,在网络常态课录案例应用的基础上,对一般学习环境进行个性化学习目标的专家层拓展,对网络课录学习环境进行系统化构建,突出了对校本教师个人教学能力需要的满足,有效促进校本教师教育的发展,对校本教学能力的绩效提高提供保障。 Through the analysis of elements of teaching abilities for teachers, the expert level expansion for the general learning environment for personalized learning objectives based on the normal network recorded cases, a systematic network recorded learning environment has been construction, which accentuate the individual requirements of the school-based teachers, effectively promote the development of school-based teachers education, and provide protection to improve performance of school-based teaching abilities.
