摘要 讨论了整形外科手术中皮瓣缝合前后变形的有限元分析方法.根据皮肤的生物力学特性对Z形皮瓣进行有限元建模及分析,在外载荷作用下,对皮瓣的变形、缝合以及释放进行了模拟,并给出了对于任意皮瓣进行有限元建模的方法.通过应用此建模方法可以模拟出较真实的临床手术效果,从而为任意皮瓣移植的有限元模拟提供较为准确的理论依据. Deformation of skin flaps before and after plastic surgery suture is discussed by using FEA method. After FEA modeling and analysis of Z-shape flaps based on the biomechanics of the skin, simulate the deformation, suture and release of the skin flaps under external load, and finally find out a general FEA modeling method for arbitrary skin flap. This modeling method can simulate, to a great extent, the effect of a real clinical operation, thus providing instructions for the replanting of arbitrary skin flap by FEA simulation.
