居住区宅间绿地是居住区外部空间的重要组成部分,是居民使用较频繁的绿化空间.本文通过对宅间绿地设计意义、内容及方法的阐述,提出了宅间绿地景观设计应把握实用性和生态性两大原则.其中实用性主要体现于便捷的交通空间、舒适的休闲环境、完善的基础设施和公共服务设施;生态性主要体现于尊重自然生态系统和运用节能环保材料.最后结合曲阜市栖庭水岸F区宅间绿地景观设计实践,进一步探讨居住区宅间绿地景观设计如何体现实用性和生态性.

Residential area green space is an important component of the exterior space of buildings. It is a place most regularly frequented by residents. From the functions and requirements points of view, the paper stresses on two main principles in designing： practicality and eco-friendlihess. In terms of practicality, the design should provide easy access to traffic, leisurely and comfortable enviroment, perfect infrastructure and public services facilities. Eco-friendliness calls for care for the natural ecological system and the use of energy-saving and enviroment-protecting materials. Finally, the paper introduces the case of the design of F District of Qi Tian Shui An landscape to show how it adheres closely to the principles of practicality and eco-friendliness.
