不同肥力水平下接种丛枝菌根(AM)对翅果油树幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨菌根侵染率与根际营养状况的关系,该文研究在不同肥态、肥力水平下,接种和不接种丛枝菌根真菌的翅果油树实生苗幼苗的形态、生物量以及菌根侵染率等指标。结果表明:丛枝菌根真菌能增加苗木对难溶性P肥过磷酸钙[Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O](有效成分(P2O5)含量0.04g/kg土)和可溶性P肥磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)[有效成分(P2O5)含量0.02g/kg土]的吸收和利用,对苗木有良好的促生效果。但随着可溶性P浓度增加,丛枝菌根对苗木生物量的积累却有抑制作用;丛枝菌根同样促进苗木对硝态N肥硝酸钾(KNO3)[有效成分(NO3-)含量0.06g/kg土]和铵态N肥硫酸铵[(NH4)2SO4][有效成分(NH4+)含量0.06g/kg土],对苗木都有良好的促生效果;可见根际营养状况是决定菌根侵染率的重要因素之一。 Effect of AM fungi on the growth of result showed that 2 fungi infected the seedling us mollis under varied fertilization was studied. The between the seedling infected by two fungi and control of Elaeagnus mollis seedling in the height, ground diameter and Total dry biomass under no fertilization. And the height, ground diameter and dried biomass were related with infected rate of fungi. The AM fungi could enhance the absorbing ability of seedling to hard-dissolved phosphorus with Ca(H2PO4)2· H2O [fertilized concentra-tion equalized effective component (P2O5) 0.04 g/kg]. The combine of AM fungi and dissolved phosphorus K2HPO4 [fertilized concentration equalized effective component (P2O5) 0.02 g/kg] was the best, while the higher concentration of phosphorus leaded a decrease of biomass. The AM fungi could also enhance absorbing ability of seedling to dissolved nitrogen. The growth of seedling increased under infected by AM fungi with KNO3[fertilized concentration equalized effective component (NO:) 0.06 g/kg]and by AM fungi with (NH4)2SO4 [fertilized concentration equalized effective compo-nent (NH4+) 0.06 g/kg]. The fertilization of root area was crucial for infected rate of fungi.
