摘要
为了解决中国广大农村地区普遍存在且日益突出的信息贫困问题,从农民信息需求层面,探讨造成农村信息贫困的原因,以期为农村信息贫困的解决和农村经济社会的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。采用统计分析方法,利用ELES模型建立农民信息购买力的数量模型,分析农民的信息购买力。结果显示:在现有消费结构下,6.24%的农户无信息购买能力,约20%的农户信息购买能力不足。由此,农民信息购买力不足是农村信息贫困的一个重要原因,提高农民信息购买力是破解农村信息贫困的一条有效途径。
The purpose of this study was to solve rural information poverty and to promote rural economic development. In order to study the cause of information poverty from information demand, the information purchasing power of farmers was analyzed by ELES model. The results showed that there were 6.24% of rural households without it and 20% of rural households had limited. So, the lack of farmers＂ information purchasing power is one of reasons of rural information poverty and an effective way was to improve it.
