全国艾滋病综合防治示范区(第一轮)暗娼人群行为干预措施效果分析

Effect Analysis of Behavioral Interventions for Female Sex Workers with AIDS in China Comprehensive AIDS Response Sites(the Rirst Round)

目的了解第一轮艾滋病综合防治示范区(本文简称示范区)工作开展后,暗娼人群高危行为干预工作取得的效果以及产生的影响。方法收集2006和2007年示范区范围内的暗娼监测数据进行定量分析;并于2008年对暗娼人群访谈进行定性分析。结果示范区暗娼人群获得艾滋病预防服务的各项指标逐年上升,暗娼接受过一次任何一种干预措施的暗娼比例2007年达到97.9%以上;暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率达80.8%,最近一次与嫖客发生性关系使用安全套的比例保持在80%左右。结论示范区暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓和安全套使用情况逐年明显改善。随着示范区行为干预工作范围不断扩大,干预措施落实质量不断提高,暗娼行为干预效果明显,基本实现了示范区对暗娼进行行为干预的工作目标。

Objective To determine the effect and impact of interventions for high-risk behaviors among the female sex workers （FSW） with AIDS from the beginning of the first round of China Comprehensive AIDS Response （China CARES）. Methods FSW sentinel surveillance data in China CARES sites from 2006 to 2007 were collected and analyzed by quantitative analysis. At the same time,interview questionnaires with FSW in 2008 were also analyzed by qualitative analysis. Results The various indexes of AIDS prevention services in FSW were getting higher year by year. The proportion of FSW who received any kind of intervention measures in 2007 reached more than 97.9%. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among FSW reached 80.8%. Condom use rate by FSW in their last sexual behaviors with the clients maintained 80%. Conclusions The situation of AIDS knowledge awareness and condom usage in FSW has been improved significantly year by year. With the range of behavioral interventions widening constantly,the implementation quality of intervention measures is improving constantly. Therefore,the effect of behavioral interventions in FSW is evident,and the goal has been basically achieved.
