摘要
目的探讨局部晚期宫颈癌的最佳治疗方法。方法将患者分为同步放化疗组和单纯放疗组,观察局部控制率和生存率。结果同步放化疗组局部控制率和生存率高于单纯放疗组。结论在晚期局部宫颈癌的治疗中,同步放化疗优于单纯放疗。
Objective To study the better methods to deal with locally advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods The patients were treated with radiotherapy （n=48） or chemoradiotherapy （n=72） randomly,and regional control rate and survival rate were observed. Result The recombinant therapy had better local control rate and survival rate. Conclusions The chemoradiotherapy has better control to deal with locally advanced cervical carcinoma.
